6 February 2020We have outsourced the document creation and accounting system by implementing the Documaster product group and 35 multifunctional mono and color printing devices.
The implemented software allows users convenient confidential and following printing, scanning and OCR of documents in the premises managed by the company. The implemented system allows for optimal use of devices, which minimizes the costs of maintaining the entire system.
Remote device monitoring provides information on the consumption of consumables and the status of each device. As a result, all devices remain in excellent technical condition, and consumables are constantly replenished, which ensures no interruptions in the use of devices.
The system works in many geographically separate locations and gives the possibility of full cost settlement per user and organizational unit. The implemented system allows for optimal use of devices, which minimizes the costs of maintaining the entire system.
