We have implemented a solution of an integrated system for printing, copying and scanning documents based on Documaster Multiaudit and Documaster Service software and 66 new multifunction devices.
We have implemented a solution of an integrated system for printing, copying and scanning documents based on Documaster Multiaudit and Documaster Service software and 66 new multifunction devices. Documaster Multiaudit is used to monitor and settle document production costs, while the task of Documaster Service is to monitor a total of over 150 printing devices located on the company's premises. Integrated multifunctional printing devices in mono and color technology allow confidential and follow-up printing using electronic employee cards.
The system has facilitated and accelerated all activities related to the production and circulation of documents in electronic and paper form. The devices are fully monitored, providing ongoing information on the consumption of consumables and the status of each device. The generated reports give the opportunity to plan and budget the system for the coming years. The system meets the expectations of users and IT administrators.
